Lewis Tewanima was not the only great Hopi runner to come out of Carlisle but there were a slew of runners from Hopi who excelled in long distance running. Among them, Joshua Hermeyesva.
I also began work on linking bio pages to the Arikara list.
The Jim Thorpe page needed to be revised. After visiting with the family in Oklahoma at their family reunion in May 2001 my view of the whole Jim Thorpe Sports Hall of Fame group in PA has changed, and I find my allegiences shifting to the Oklahoma organization.
